Refund Policy
1) As we are small scale operation. All items are final sale. Refund are not accepted.
We will double check all our clothing pieces before delivery. We will try our very best to photograph and provide description for each product as accurately as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns before purchase. We are happy to assist.
2) Refund available only in store credit.
3) Order cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.

Return and Exchange Policy
Final Sales item (Discount item, promotional code / gift item, store credit are not accepted for return and exchange.
Goods are eligible for a return and exchange if the following are applied:
1)Defective item.
2)Size exchange are allowed and must meet the following requirement:-
Inform us by email glyniswang@gmail.com within 3 days upon shipping received date. After we reply via email, kindly courier to us and let us know the tracking number within 3 working days.
We will taking 2 working days to fully examine the item as good as new. We will contact you once we agree or reject for the size exchange.
If in the cases that we rejected for the size exchange, kindly collect the item within 1 week or it will be abandon.
Item must be returned in new, unwashed and not defected in any manner. Original tag must be attached.
Item must be returned in at least suitable packaging to protect the product from damage during return delivery.
3)The item is not the item you ordered. Wrong size.
4) Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods.
5) Only items that have been purchased directly from glyniswang.com Online Store can be eligible for a return exchange.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
a) Email us glyniswang@gmail.com with photo attached within 3 days upon shipping received date.
b) We will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a exchanges as a result of the defect.
c) The item must be shipped back to us within 3 working days after we agree for the return.
d)Item must be returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed and not defaced in any manner. Original tag must be attached.
e) Item must be returned in at least suitable packaging to protect the Product from damage during return delivery.
6) Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
We cannot be responsible for item damaged in shipping or by recipient. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.
